The Founder

Dr. Brandon D'Andrea

Dr. Brandon D'Andrea is a retired U.S. Army Civil Affairs officer, former ATF professional, and current evaluator at the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General. He founded SolasPoint LLC to bring the same rigor, clarity, and adaptability that defined his military and federal career to organizations facing their own complex challenges.

With a career spanning combat deployments, federal law enforcement, and independent government oversight, Dr. D'Andrea brings a rare combination of operational experience and strategic thinking to every engagement. His work sits at the intersection of technology, ethics, and leadership.

The name SolasPoint comes from the Gaelic word "Solas," meaning light, and evokes the navigational clarity of a fixed point on the horizon. Inspired by St. Brendan, the patron saint of navigators, SolasPoint exists to help organizations find their bearing when the path forward is not obvious.
